Where does Sir Square Toes ship to?
At the moment, we are only shipping domestically within Australia.
What are your shipping charges?
We charge $14 flat rate for Australia Wide standard shipping by Australia Post. For Express order by Australia Post, we have a rate of $35 for orders under $100 and $55 for orders over $100.
What happens after you've placed an order?
Before we process your order, you may receive a phone call from our friendly customer service officer. This is because we make security checks from time to time to make sure all our transactions are non-fraudulent. Your payment will be manually captured after the order has been reviewed. In any circumstances where your order is rejected, we will endeavor to inform you within a reasonable time after you submit the order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can select the pick-up option at check-out. The pick-up address is at our physical store located at Shop 29A The Pines Elanora Shopping Centre, Cnr Guineas Creek Road and, K P McGrath Dr, Elanora QLD 4221. If you let us know in the cart, we can also bring the item to our regular market pop up at Pottsville Beach Markets for you to pick up. When picking up your order, please present proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email. You may also be asked to verify your identity. A fulfillment email will be sent to you once your order has been collected. Please inform us by email if you are sending someone to collect on your behalf.
What happens when I don't pick up my order?
We only capture payment when you pick up your order. If you are unable to pick up your order within a week, please contact us to make arrangements.
What if I'm not at home to receive my order?
The final arrangement is between the customer and the delivery service. See the terms and conditions of the delivery service used for your order.
